How Your Contribution Helps
Your contribution supports our efforts to give young Asian and Pacific Islanders a means to achieve their goals and contribute to our communities.
In the two years since our inception, APIASF has reached an exciting milestone.
In May 2005, we awarded more than $330,000 to Asian and Pacific Islander American students pursuing higher education. While we are pleased to be making such a difference in the lives of these Asian and Pacific Islander American students this year, it is clear from the amount of applications we received (almost 4,000) that our work has just begun.
We need your help!
While national scholarship organizations have existed for for African-Americans and Latinos for more than three decades, there has not been a comparable organization for Asians and Pacific Islander Americans.
APIASF started in September 2003, and is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization under the guidelines established by the Internal Revenue Service.
Your contributions are tax-deductible.
